The Senior Safety & Access Manager will be based in Ramallah and review recent GC risk and security management assessments and conduct their own evaluation of the West Bank/Gaza program security and access infrastructure, including personnel capacities, governing documentation, procedures, facilities, equipment and general security culture of the organization and its staff. The S&A Manager will then implement security SOPs and best practices appropriate to the evolving West Bank/Gaza security context, with guidance and support from the Regional Safety and Access Director, and the Office of Global Security (OGS).

Location and Work Schedule
This selected candidate can be based in Ramallah, with training to Gaza as deemed appropriate.
Salary and Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is between $83,427 and $130,772. Final salary will be based on several factors including qualifications, geographic location, experience, and internal equity. Global Communities provides a comprehensive benefits package; please note that this position is eligible for allowances.
